The ShotTec Online Store offers shipping within Canada and the United States. All orders will be delivered via ground shipping and should arrive within 7 business days of your order being processed. We are usually able to process orders much more quickly though dispatch times may vary during poor weather conditions and around statutory holidays. Shipping costs and Customs fees are included in the price of your unit(s).

We currently do not offer international shipping.
If there is a problem with your ShotTec Training Device, you may return it to us and we will be glad to send you a replacement. All returns must be approved by ShotTec Inc. To apply for return eligibility, please complete the ShotTec Return Form and send it to us for approval.
ShotTec’s Customer Care Department will evaluate all return claims based on the ShotTec Warranty, however, ShotTec Inc reserves the right to refuse refunds based on their own discretion. Any shipping costs incurred in a return or warranty situation will be the responsibility of the customer.
